ZGEMMA H1 loud buzzing sound coming from sub woofer when ZGEMMA H1 hdmi connects

hi can anyone help remove a loud buzzing sound as soon as i connect my z gemma h1 to my AV amp Via HDMI a loud buzzing sound comes from the subwoofer in 5.1 surround system all the other speakers are fine i have to power the sub off the mains to get rid of the noise

Tried a different HDMI cable incase it's a grounding issue?
