Zgemma H2 DVB-C recording issues

Hi everyone. is it possible to record one channel while watching another only using the dvb-c tuner. For example i'm recording BBC1 and press mv FAv button but I only see bbc2. All other channels are greyed out.

Any channel thats greyed out cant be recorded....you could however record on the sly tuner if a dish connected and sub on box.
