I have been having this issue for some time and to be honest I'm about a heart beat away from tossing my box in the skip.certain channels (fox,universal,Alibi) in both HD & SD are freezing to the point they are unwatchable.but put on a movie channel and no issues.on sports channels most of the time no issues.i have tried changing everything from Ethernet cables connecting to VM box on the wall I have tried splitters attenuators still no use if anyone can point me in the right direction I would be grateful (please don't say try a different line provider I'm on my 6th different one just now)
