Hi There,

I am new to it all although I have owned a box now for the last year and half.

This morning I woke up and my channels was gone. I can't seem to get them working again and wondering if someone can help?

I am based in the east midlands, Leicestershire. I have took photos, anything else I should be doing or looking for? I use tuner B and my net ID is 00008.

Looks like my HD channels aren't showing as it says <N/A>, but I can only physically watch channel 1,2,3,4 and 5 the rest are blank screen.



Any help would be appreciated.

Re-run ABM and the channels should be sorted ... channels usually say n/a when you do a manual / auto scan via the service searching menu instead of through ABM.

Channels 1-5 SD versions are what you'll always get until you have an active line on the box - if you're sure your line is still active, check the box is getting an internet connection and restart the cam.
