zgemma h2h sky channels

Ive set up my zgemma h2h and got the cable channels working but im having trouble with the sky channels,when I start a scan it finds the cable channels but doesn't find any sky channels and meesage comes up saying the box needs to reboot so non of the sky channels are in the ABM,the only way I can view them is by pressing the red button for all channels.....the box is running openatv does anybody have any idea how to fix this?
 
Have you set ABM to your area for satellite channels ?
Maybe post a screenshot of what your abm list looks like
If the satellite channels are there you must of done some sort of scan that's brought in the Channels, was it a scan not using ABM?
 
Run a software update if using my image they brought in the AttributeError but software update should fix it but how old is the image?
 
Yes ive set ABM to my area...the only channels I have in the ABM are just the virgin ones,and in the epg its just the virgin ones as well,it does find the sky channels in automatic scan.

I only bought the box last week.
