All my channels are blank apart from free view the likes of sky sports have went on briefly then off again just a black screen can anyone help I'm not the best with this stuff

Try and restart cam... menu, info panel, softcam panel, green to restart. If that dont work check you have connection to router... menu, information, network check if you have an ip address usually 192.168.x.x ... if thats all looking spot on turn box off, turn router off, leave router off for a few, turn router on, leave box office for another 5-10 mins and turn box on

Same mate had on bt sport 1 plays but after 2 mins it frezzes gonna try reseting box and router

Same here since last Thursday, just got channels 1-5 and intermittent channels like bbc4 and itv2, etc, am gonna give KDmans method a go to see if that fixes it, will let ya know

Tried it mate still nothing comes on then frezzes not a good sign

Same here, nothing, just black screen, 75% signal but padlock symbol seems to be locked, what does that mean?

I just mucked about with the ccam setting stop restart had sky sports 1 on for 2 mins now off again
