All my channels are blank apart from free view the likes of sky sports have went on briefly then off again just a black screen can anyone help I'm not the best with this stuff

I have the same only fta As does 4 friends we get line from same guy he says it's all ok, any ideas . I have reset router, box , cam everything and nowt apart from fta .
