Zgemma h2s iptv channels disappear

Hi everyone, I have an issue with my iptv channels disappearing. They have been gone since Thursday. when I try rebooting,the wooshbuild screen just stays on in the background.
This happened a month ago also but a fews days later after constant rebooting they came back. Is this a definite supplier issue?
I can't contact supplier, he's been gone a few months now.
A couple of times a week I've always had to reboot router, and then reboot box a few times until channels came back.
Any ideas?

Not normal for your channels to disappear for days on end mate if provider is no help time to change

so you don't think it's something wrong with the box. I was wondering with the updates it does every morning could the issue be there. Also the script is through putty do you know where I could find the script info on my h2s.
One more thing the cross epg plugin says it can't update as its timed out( I messed with it last week), could that affect the script.
