zgemma h2s not working on pioneer tv

Hi guys just purchased a zgemma h2s and have everything is working fine on 2 different tvs but cant get it to work on my main tv in the lounge...i have tested the other tvs in the lounge and all my connections work fine. So i know its not a cable issue just the TV...after boot up i see the sky skin come up and then the screen goes black, i get the odd noise of the channel its on but no picture? have looked at numerous threads and gone through the obvious settings on the tv but just cant get a picture! i would rather not buy a new tv as my current sky boxes and anything that uses the hdmi ports all work fine in it. Any help would be amazing. Thanks.
 
Sounds like the lounge TV isn't 1080 set the box up in another room switch it on see if it works if it does change the display to a lower resolution

Menu/setup/video/basic settings is the menu u want to change

All a learning curve that's how I know I'd reflashed the box numerous times before I worked it out lol
