hi can anyone help, my zgemma works fine but the picture keeps breaking up with pixels some times half the screen just turns into pixels. will attach pics, also freezing a lot any help appreciated . thanks

its either slow internet
bad provider
or your box isnt fast enough

got 200mb virgin internet, a vpn and provider been good he checked everything his end m8. used to just freeze now and again but for weeks now got into pixels.

whats your speed after the vpn.?
and, a vpn does not cure a bad provider, or a slow box

Then your VPN isn't working
The vpn WILL slow down your speed,
I still think its your providers , as others on here are using h2s for IPTV with minimal issues.
