Zgemma h5.2s recording problem

Hi all

Seem to be having a proble recording a second channel box will record the channel being watched, if I set to record channel whilst watching another that recording shows up in planner but is just black.
Is there an idiots guide to setting this up.

Make sure your time shift settings are correct and tuner is setup. Sounds like it's using only 1tuner

I have had a fiddle around and it appears tuner b is not receiving a signal is there a way of switching this on
