Zgemma H9s won’t fast forward recordings

Hi people
A strange issue with my Zgemma H9s box... When I record something off the TV and try nd fast forward, it does fast forward but when I press play it goes back to the beginning of the recording?? Any ideas? It’s rather annoying....

Might depend on what source your recordings are on usb stick,usb passport or mains powered hdd.
I can go faster forward by using buttons 3.6.9 skip function or 1.4.7 backwards

currently using a 16gb USB stick but tried usb HDD and that was the same???

May need to mount your HDD again.

Have tried mounting again but no joy unfortunately...
