i have a Zgemma h9twin se box.
I have openatv 7.3 on it.
i flashed whoosebuild onto the box and it came.
up with errors, and now my box only loads upto.
49 then goes between the whoosebuild logo and a blue screen saying.
errors restart the box.
But the box won't let me restart or shut down the box.
I have tried to reflash the box with openats 7.3 on a usb stick but
does not load or do anything.
Can anybody help me please
Thanks Ian

Whooshbuild customisations will not work on Openatv images newer than 6.4.

Either reflash 7.3 and add things yourself or flash ATV 6.4 then add the whoosbuild customisations.

Make sure you have correct image for your box . Open ATV7.3 image is here openATV Nightly Downloads

If still having issues try a different usb stick

This is a basic guide to USB flash a local image zip file to the Zgemma H9 Combo +TWIN.

User will require a USB stick formatted FAT32.

1) Download your chosen image.

2) Transfer the complete zip file to root of the USB stick. Do not unzip the file.

3) Power off the Zgemma H9 Combo and connect the USB stick front USB port behind front flap.

4) Power on the Zgemma H9 Combo/Twin, as soon as you power on HOLD DOWN reset black button on the back

5) Once you're booted into the Multiboot recovery menu screen below select 'Bootmenu' at the bottom and press OK on the remote.

6) On the next screen select 'Flash local image' and press OK on the remote.

7) On the next screen you select the USB stick where your image zip file is located.

8) On the next screen you'll then select the zip file that's on your USB stick that you'd like to flash and press OK on the remote.

9) You'll now select which slot you'd like to flash your image to. Remember which slot you are currently booting from and have setup. Flashing to that slot

WILL REFLASH that slot, you will loose everything you have setup in that slot
