Zgemma i55 issue ?

Hi all

News channels are not working properly on my zgemma i55 (Brand New). All others ie. sports movies etc. are fine. These news channels work fine on the m3u on PC. Could this be a box issue? Tried wireless wired internet etc. down speed is 66 mbps up is 20 mbps. Penny for your thoughts....

Wont be the box if all other channels are fine,Ask supplier for an updated m3u file

Yep correct tested with another new box same issue. thx .....
