Please could someone help me as I purchased a pre set up Zgemma, unfortunately I was booting it up when we had a power cut and all it does now is just constantly shows the numbers scanning on the front panel.
The remote is non responsive. I contacted my supplier who is happy to send me the line details again, does this mean I have to re-flash the box and if so what build does it require? also how on earth do I do it?
I'm pretty new to this technology having converted from an android box and Kodi.
I believe it had a succemnsee onit in the past.
