Hi. I've installed IPTV via m3u bouqet on my ZGemma H2S and was wondering if anyone knows how to update the m3u for new channels etc?

Need to get an updated file from your provider or ask for a script

Would that be a new script so different from the one I already have?

Speak to your provider,A script will self update which can be done off an m3u file

did you get the m3u file from your provider? - if so new channels should already be there, if you've got a free m3u which are knocking about the internet, these need updating and or replacing regularly

Yep, I got it from my provider which I installed using Putty and E-Channelizer by myself. As the new slysports changes are occuring tomorrow, I wanted to be able to update my list as I believe that they won't update themselves.

They probably will update themselves, the provider will assign the new channel numbers, the channels themselves don't actually change, just their names and allocated numbers

Wait until new updates kick in and ask provider for an updated file or script

Can you not put the m3u to xtream-editor and sign your box up to it
Then edit it, add bouquets and EPG there. And it will still update

Thanks everyone for the suggestions, definitely useful!

Would setting up a cronjob be a way for overcoming it too possibly?
