Zgemma not storing

Hi all
If I power down my zgemma it loses the network settings the skin the epg the downloaded plugins everything.
Any ideas why it would it save the config

Have you left usb in with the image on it?

Yes mate.

Yes mate.

Then power off insert USB in pc delete image file as it sounds like it's reflashing on boot.

Once done insert USB back in box and box should reboot as normal, don't forget to initialize storage device.

Ok.so flash and install whosh. Download plugins etc.
Set up config .
Set.up dog bouq etc.
Power.down. remove USB
Power up should hold settings. If so delete image and then mount USB for recording.
