Zgemma not working since swapping from sky to virgin

Hi guys just changed my broadband provider from sky to virgin now can't get a picture on my zgemma h2h bouquet is still there just no picture I haven't altered anything it was working fine up till they changed me over ...any help appreciated...thanks
 
Have you restarted the zgemma since the internet change? ... this is usually required for the zgemma to re-new its IP address.
 
Virgin are well known for blocking,had it quite a few times,especially on their hub 3.Disable web safe if it is enabled.Failing this I know a method someone showed me if it helps.Buy another router,set your Virgin hub 3
to modem only, plug the new router into the Virgin router and run everything through the new router. I know a few people that have got round it that way.
