zgemma problem

Hi all as reported yesterday I had a new lmb and cables setup in my house but the port a in the back was not working well I seemed to get that working but when recording now if I go onto the program I am recording it says tune fail and all the other channels then say it any suggestions please

the way i have recording set is tuner a for watching and tuner b for recording and all works fine but have seen some having trouble with this but i use openvix hades 015 and did not do anything else but set tuner b for recording and a for watching and all is good hope this helps

How did you set them for recording and watching mate that maybe the problem

on the openvix hades 015 image its setup/ system/ custermise
also check in the setup/service searching/ tuner config that diseqc is set to no

Reflash a set up image. If still no channels u have a prob with lnb/allignment/cable/port on box.
