zgemma star 2 please help

Hi everyone i have had a f5s for many years and have purchesed a zgemma. the problem im having is the is no display through hdmi iv tried on 2 tv's with different cables. i have tried to flash the box, when i put the usb in it says usb,flsh,boot then the time comes on the box but still no display. any ideas or do you think faulty box? thanks simon
 
Are both TVs the same model?
Could be bad solder on board. UK supplier or direct?

Hi sorry for the delay. I have tried on a LG lcd tv and a Sony brava. Is there anything in settings I should change or should it detect automatically? I have the box on and working with the red yellow and white cables. Thanks simob
 
I've see this a few times now, All on Sony Bravia's, had to reset TV to factory defaults and then HDMI would work, HTH.
