Hi I've tried to restore my zgemma h.2h to factory settings but it is continually just loading and not letting me do anything to it. Any ideas how I can get it back on?

You can't restore factory settings. You'll need to reflash new software. I recommend wooshbuild.

Follow the instructions precisely. Also, have you got a backup of your line details? If not you'll need a new one.

Just be sure to download the correct build or your box.

Try with a blank image first then put wooshbuild on did you download the correct image for your box
