zgemma star 2s No programme details on my list

I recently had the zgemma star 2s installed and all was working fine but just lately I am not getting any programme details when I click onto my Movie, Sports, Kids, Entertainment and all other listings. I only shows me the channel name but no programme details, all was working fine but now nothing. Any help on this one please would be very much appreciated as Im a complete newbie. I am using the Open PLI 4.0

Dont use Open pli but sometimes same thing happens in other images Suggest you reformat your usb and Initalise and set up again here is a link with what to do on Vix so shouldnt be much different if it help
