Download new flash files, not the other ones, format the usb with FAT32 and try again, make sure the usb is between 4-32gb

sad still stuck in a loop is there anyway to do factory reset even though in running all the time

No, never do a factory reset.
Follow instructions given here.
This a very common problem and it happens at least 2 or 3 times every week

Rename the file called nofoce to force on the usb, then try again, dont press any buttons.
Also, dont click reply, just type your reply at the bottom of the thread and click post reply
