zgemma star h1 - HD channels and others not working - Tested with different subs

Hi

i recently setup a friends zgemma star h1 box and i have been having some issues

I got a test line and i found lots of HD channels showing tuner fail and just showing some small coloured blocks.

I thought maybe is was the sub so i tried the few that i had and it did the same, works fine on my box at home.

Im using the existing vermin cables which were all initially loose and have since tightened them but it made no difference

I have tried it with and without the forward path attentuator but also made no difference.

I am using the closest NET ID which is only about 3 or 4 miles away

Any ideas what could be the problem?

Then should be ok ;) if HD does work make sure the person has HD

And u set up for HD
Loads server non HD fake as cards died
 
some hd movie and sports work but some dont. the sub provider does have hd as i have the same sub and mine works fine
 
I had same problem but it was my internet as I put a spliter on as I wanted sly and virmin

i was told there is a way to see whay frequency you are getting on the superhub. Im not sure if its true but i was told if its too high or low it can cause hd channels to freeze and glitch

is this accurate?
