ZGEMMA Star H2 with VM/Sky sat

Hello, my Zgemma star h2 suddenly not booting up and on front display shows red light with "BOOT" and nothing else is happening no matter if i plug, unplug and use buttons etc, can some please explain to me if I simply need to reflash it with USB using some software or is it much more involved ? many thanks in advance.

Also just to mention all was working fine on VM and satalite before

I bought the box from a guy well out of town and well out of contact, LOL, so if I reflash I will be needing a new line if so any pointers which site can i buy a reliable one also what is the reflash software i need, thanks
