zgemma star s is freezing

my zgemma star keeps freezing in the middle of watching programs. as I'm very new to this is there anything I can do to rectify the problems??
any help would be much appreciated

Hey phil, does it do it on free channels too like bbc1 or just the Sly channels? If it's only the Sly ones you could have a bad line. Where did you buy it and the box? Try restarting your box by using the power button on the back.

hi its just on the sly ones but the person I bought it from has disappeared and now it has got no sly channels at all so now I need to buy a new 'c' as I have tried everything else
