Zgemma star s2 remote

Has anyone else had any issues with the remote control?

Its great when it first arrives, you can switch channels while you're stood in the garden, three rooms from the box and tv.

Now however , I'm sat with the remote right up to the box, and it's not playing ball at all!

And yes, I have tried new batteries!!

A few people have had similar issues with the 2S remote. In the end, I bought an All 4 One universal remote which supports zgemma.
