Zgemma Star S2 stuck on boot

Hi there,

Nooo! Hubby bricked the box, seemingly. In an attempt to sort out the Channel list he tried Upgrade or Update (he can't remember which). It went to reboot and it stayed there... after trying the high tech methods of switching it on and off many times we are still none the wiser. What do I do? I read here a lot about flashing the box. I'm not familiar with these boxes and apparently I need to post at least one message before I can download an image from this site so, here goes. If anyone can point me to a step-by-step guide I would be ever so grateful!

if you look at the build by wooshman basically download the image onto a usb plug in the box switch on and away you go but you may need to re enter your line details which again is quite simple
