ZGemma Star S2 wont connect to Virgin Media Router?

Having a mare connecting known working ZGemma Star 2S to Virgin Media Superhub

The box is setup to recieve sky channels and works perfectly well elsewhere (as im saying that i am remembering that actually the HDMI port doesnt work either) but at home (virgin broadband) i can only get a constant orange light from the network port?

I have read somewhere about changing DNS settings etc but im struggling, if there is anyone that can help with an idiots guide i would be extremely grateful!

If HDMI port not working how are you seeing picture - are you using s-video to scart or something?

DNS is in network settings - have a read at post 8 on this thread

The HDMI gives no sound and an off colour image currently watching on a scart lead :/

I have read through that thread, and others that I can't now find but the instructions seem to relate to a different version of the superhub

the settings on mine are very basic I can't find how I would amend the DNS settings as there is no option too

You change the dns settings on the zgemma in the network settings under system (if using vix image)
