Zgemma to Smart IPTV / VLC problem

Hiya foks

i posted this in another section but no posts so far so i thought i would try here too.

im trying to stream from zgemma to a LG smart TV.

i have uploaded my services.m3u to both smart IPTV and vlc on a PC.

on both i can stream the current channel the box is on, but i cant make it change channel.

i can make it change channel via kodi or openwebif via browser.

i think the zap before channel change thing is the problem, Smart IPTV and VLC dont seem to have this functionality.

but then i have read posts from people on here that have this working, so perhaps there is setting somewhere i am missing that wil fix it?

Yes.

Ive uploaded it to siptv.eu with my Mac, the channel list is on my TV, i can stream the current channel.

Same with VLC on my PC, i have also tried SS IPTV on the TV.

All 3 work, but only on the current channel the zgemma is tuned to. Any attempt to change to another channel results in an error.

I have found a work around where i can load openwebif in my browser, change the channel, then go back to Smart IPTV and choose the channel. But sod doing that all the time.
 
Probably something to do with you are 1 server
And iptv providers have multiple servers
Like sat boxes with 2 feeds you can watch 1 channel and record another
But sat boxes with 1 feed you can only record what your watching
Could be wrong just although
