Zgemma Tune Error

Hi all

I knew there have been a few posts regarding this but its a curious one. Alot of the channels come u up with tune error, mainly the FTA ones, but i know they work\stil exsist on my BM5000s box.

So I know its not my dish or cabling ect, i have noticed the channels are dvb-s that show tune error, all the prem channels are fine.............just an odd one.

Have you checked the signal to both tuners? I have the same problem after the weekends bad weather and found that one cable was dead. Being sorted today with new quad LNB to boot

Hi mate, the singal to both tuners is good.......odd thing is that I can get those channels on the BM5000s box but not te zgemma. Must be someting to do with the zgemma config, but dont know what : (
