Zgemma whoosh build 4 cline import

Firstly thank you for brilliant site I have a Zgemma 2s with whoosh V 4 works brilliant but when I go to sky One and import line either C line or N line through USB importer it reads the line but does nothing at all. I am I missing something along the way or just having a senior moment. I followed the instruction on the very good video on You tube. Hope you can help it's driving me mad. Hope this is the right section to post it's the first time I have posted I love WHOOSH it's brilliant. I have used an openbox before and it was so simple compared to the xgemma I even tried to do it with filezilla but would not upload.

Press red go to softcam panel on cam 1 go left or right until you find cccam or mgcamd restart the cam and job done

Thanks have tried that but no luck it reads the line but nothing happens. I even tried filezilla but did not work either have tried both N line and C lines too say the least annoying
