Zgemma with hybrid lnb

Hi all I've recently got sky q and I've installed a hybrid lnb but I'm getting no picture ....what settings will I change if that is the case ....for a zgemma h.2s

Are you sure the wires are in the right ports?
Is your sky q system getting a signal?

Have you tried menu - setup - service searching - signal finder to see if its getting anything at all?
Was there any instructions with the lnb?
I'm guessing certain ports are for sky q and others are for legacy equipment

Well your box is getting a signal.
Can you put your box onto BBC 1 and see if you get a picture?

What snr are you getting on BBC 1?
Have you tried rebooting the box?
Are you getting a signal on tuner a and b?

While on BBC 1 go into menu - setup - service searching - signal finder and press left and right on the remote. I'm guessing tuner a is not getting a signal but tuner b is
