Satellite zgemma wont read usb

hi everyone just bought a zgemma h2h and for some reason it wont read the usb in the back port to load image the usb has been formatted to fat32 any ideas people cheers

Try a good quality pen, scandisk ones seem popular on here and mine always work without issues. Also maybe try the front port, its worth a go.
