Thanks, it was the sky uk list posted by hedges. Will double check the lnb settings but sure it was set to universal.

This one hasn't worked so well for me yet. Lots of channels don't open - 103.105, 118, 128,140,141,142 (that's as far as I got before deciding I needed to do a rescan). So I've rescanned 28.2e, but it's not changed anything. I managed to find ITV HD alternatives at the end of this channels list & swapped one of those that was working with 103, but I've not yet figured how to find other channels that I don't seem to have alternatives for yet ie 105 Channel 5HD. I'm still learning this box.

So, looking in to things, when I looked inside Antenna Config, all of the Sats inside (under LNB Power) showed 13V/18V, but 28.2e only showed 13V. When I changed that to 13V/18V, the channels that had been showing No Signal now seem to be fine. Not sure why I had only 13V in my setup - I don't think I've ever changed that setting.

Strange, but atleast you have sorted it now.
I think it's prob best to do a factory reset before loading the channel list.

Ok here is my updated list, it works with the V8 UHD and the Viark Sat 4K (should also work with the Sat and Combo boxes)
53E - 30W
28.2E in order (done from scratch)
28.2E favourites set.
13E & 19.2E some favourites set.
This list was originally created by GIORGIO team for the V8 UHD, but it has been heavily modified and hugely manipulated to get 28.2 channels in correct order using a combination of STB Editor, notepad++ and the Viark Sat 4K remote.
It was ALOT of work and took far too long to create, so I won't be keeping it updated.
If any channels do not work, then you will need to rescan them manually but I think most of it should be ok (fingers crossed), but remember if you do rescan then do not use the option to wipe the existing channels as it will remove the lot.
I have left the LNB as Universal and USALS is set for all sats (default settings used by GIORGIO team).

I was messing with notepad last night lol.
Was trying to copy over the Sky UK list to my motor list but had to luck with it..

Yeh I tried that first of all, but it didn't work. So then I tried copying the 28.2E settings into the GIORGIO channel list, but that was even worse.
So in the end I had to create 28.2E from scratch, but used notepad++ to create 1500 or so blank channels to use as spacers (much easier than doing it 1 at a time in STB editor, once you know what your looking for and how to manipulate the file.
Still took wayyyyyy too long though, a decent channel list editor and it would have been done in under 30 mins.

I've ask E-Channelizer admin if he could do it lol. Told him there's a big market for a good editor for these boxes...

On a VIARK 4K, Should a Factory Reset actually reset everything? Mine seems to keep it's USALS settings at least.

Thanks for doing this. This makes navigating the Viark a more pleasant experience. The UI of the Viark/Channel list feel like a 15 year old receiver like a TM5402HD but it does the important stuff well.
Best way i find is to backup your channel list then reflash the firmware nothing is left behind when doing that.Then setup usuals and transfer your list back.
