This is 100% an encryption/server issue so no firmware is going to solve the problem.

It's much better but you get freezing every 10 mins for like few seconds I'll test Chelsea vs Luton town on Friday

So I touched the metal casing of my diseqc switch with my viark still turned on. Lnb 3 stopped working but 1 and 2 still worked fine. I checked the lnb by connecting straight to the receiver and all works fine so I replaced the diseqc switch but still nothing on lnb 3. If I do a channel scan of lnb3 it finds channels on 28.2 which is lnb 1 on the switch. Do you think I might have damaged the receiver or is there something I'm missing

Try connecting the dish to LNB 4

See if disconnecting LNB 1 helps

Double check the tuner settings, maybe when you shorted the switch it, the box reset / reverted to an old setting (would be odd if it had, but worth checking).

Failing that, backup channel list and try a factory reset.

I have tried lnb 4 bit have not tried disconnecting the other lnbs. I will give it a go tomorrow

If nothing works, you could try a diseqc 1.1 switch

I think I will end up moving to a motor but want to work out what's going on with what I have

I unplugged everything from the diseqc and put 16e to lnb1 and still nothing... I'm lost but put a manual switch in and all works fine... 28 2 and 19.2 through diseqc switch on one side and 16e on the other side. Now just a fine tune on the dish for 16e as only 55% quality then I'll be done for now

I get 60% on zone 2 sky dish on 16east
