In theory yes, in practice I don't know. If you want to try by all means have a go but it will be at your own risk. I could try theSolo SE image on the zero and see what happens.

Hi Wooshman, thanks for your reply, you'd think with the zero wooshbuild image being enigma2 based anyway the same as the solo se by renaming the zero folder to solose the box would recognise this is an image for it and flash it. Would you mind trying the Solo SE image on the zero and advise what the outcome is please?

Just flashing it now.

It will either crash it, brick it or work. If it works I will make WB7 for it. If it doesn't work then theory says it won't work the other way around either.

You are an absolute star Wooshman, really appreciate your assistance with this and hopefully fingers crossed it will work and you can release your great image to an army of us Solo SE box users. Eagerly awaiting your reply....
 
It doesn't work.

You get as far as the openATV boot screen and it just sits there. Nothing on the network so the box just hangs. Don't try it lol
 
Got the latest version of Whoosh and the Metrix HD skin. Everything is hunky dory, except when I display the program guide and press the red button to record a program. It’s like the record window is displayed off screen and I need to press exit twice to get back to tv. No problems with other skins.

Anyone know how to fix it?

Very happy WooshBuild user btw... your efforts are greatly appreciated.

Ahhh bugger :( No worries thank you for trying anyway Wooshman appreciate your time in doing so. Do you think in the future you'll have some time to make a build specifically for the Solo SE?

This skin comes with openATV and is untouched by any plugins, skins or WooshBuild as without it problems can arise. I can't say I have every used Metrix long enough to ever notice.

some IPTV providers have banned VPN access to their servers. some allow you to use one on request after they review your logins.

contact your provider

If one of the us (the 3 WB team) manage to get our hands on one there will be as you are not the first to ask about WB for this image. Without one or an alternate box we can flash as the SE (like the H2H can be flashed as the H2S and vice versa) it won't happen.

Completely understand Wooshman, maybe I can contribute a little something towards u purchasing a VU Solo SE box so u can build an image for it?

Menu -> Setup -> Recording / Timeshift -> Timeshift settings -> Automatically start timeshift after - 2 seconds (wooshbuild default)

The duration is how long to have the channel running before timeshift will start. If set to 2 seconds you can normally go right back to when you first switched channel. If set to 5 minute, you would only be able to go back to 5 minute after you changed channel. Sky have this set as 1 second so you can rewind to the start.

Its all set to that but when i press the rewind buttons it comes up with an x in the corner and nothing happens
 
Right a new problem. The H2H decided to do 100 updates (not enigma2 ones some others) knocked my hard disk wonky. Still recognised when I go to menu/setup/system/storage devices but when I press file list to access my recordings doesn't seem to find the hard drive (and doing the option to access via filezilla doesn't find it either) can send pics if need be

P.S. Problem solved. These updates messed up the mount location for the hard disk. I fixed it though

Hi all,
i have zgemma h2s and running woosh 7 and have had the same problems as NUT,I
I had to put a back up on to get running again but still have 117 updates that i dont want to install yet,
what solution did you use to mount again.

WB 7.002 is working perfectly. That is fact!
Are you on V7.002?
If you're not then do NOT do a software update via blue button but rather do an update via WB config to get to
the latest WB which is V7.002.
When you are on WB7.002 you can( at the moment) update to your hearts content.
 
Hi Guys,

Will wooshbuild run from usb via multi boot on solo2? I did a quick search but could not see anything

Also can I just say I came across Woosh By accident . thought OH yea easy. I gave it too my missus to install, I flashed it to the box. Then done no more. She done it all herself!!!! no experience of image installs at all. just changing channels and recordings.

wooshman I don't know how many hours you spent on it but LOVE IT cant fault it at all, and she loved the flash Gordon music )
epg brill skin brill and so far that stupid nar who always seems to return even when you have disabled him on every channel has NOT been heard of

Just would like to run it from the usb via Meoboot?
