allchannels scrambled

anybody having trouble with their provider???
all my $ channels are scrambled.
not getting a reply from my provider

monty have you checked your internet connection on the box and tried rebooting it as is common with your type box

yeah ive tried both. provider has emailed me bk now so hopefully get it sorted

mine is same twice now since got it in dec from bay, I think I need to get a new server? or cline or something haha but been warned ones on ebay are over subscribed and temperamental (warned after i bought it of course :/ ) also he had fab feedback when i bought it he now has dire feedback and not responding to messages :(

anyone point me in the right direction for a more trusted or reliable source please personal recommendation would be good please have the openbox v8s though am thinking of investing in a better one that records so also good to get advice on that lol sorry for hijack x just a link to clicky would be fab thanks x
