You will need:
Red potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Cajun
Preheat your oven to its maximum setting and put in a oven dish with a little oil in it
boil your kettle with enough water to fill a pan
Get your red potatoes I find 3 is more than enough for 2 chip butties.

Peel then and cut into chip size portions.

Add them to a boiling pan of water from anywhere between 3-5 minutes
Drain them then add them to your oven dish and give them a mix in the oil

Add your spices

Give them a good mix and add more if you need to

Keep an eye on them and remember to keep turning them over every 5 or so mins
Then about 20mins later you should have something that looks like this
