box will not ftp connect !!! any ideas please "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused

getting this error when trying to connect to box via filezilla

any ideas

"ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server"

are you inputting the ip address of your box? menu...info...network?

password & username are generally "root"

yes, done quite a few of these in the past but not getting any joy ?

Oldie but goldie.....reset router to factory settings ....worked for me
