With your help I would like to watch YouTube without adverts.

So what countries do you reccomend and how easy is it to get started?

There's smart tube in the download section. Or you can download Brave Browser, run you tube thorough that and shouldn't get adverts. If you have a vpn there are several countries that don't have adverts, set your vpn to Albania open you tube and there will be no adverts. Good luck.

Brave Browser is brilliant for my pods on my PC.

I could try and add VPN to my Hisense TV and try to go albania.

Vpn to Albania (as stated above) is the easiest for me.
