Freesat V7 HD firmware issue

Hello...im trying to update the firmware on my v7 hd without success.
The file iv downloaded to a usb is not being recognised...do i have to convert to a .bin file?
How is this done?

Dump your line and channel list to usb and save to pc
Download latest file from Freesat forum - Index page
Open file and you will see log and V7 hd .bin
Format a usb key to fat32 and add just the .bin file to your usb
Turn box to a fta channel and insert usb
Go Menu--Tools--upgrade by usb--all files
When finished re-install dumped files.

Hey Reaper, sorry to sound thick, but do i need a program to open the file?

Yes--use winrar [free to download]--extract file to desktop then follow above instructions.
