how do i get s4c

hi all a little help if poss grimsby v wrexham on sunday from wembley and it's on s4c a welsh channel just checked on my f3 box but comes up no signal is there anything i can do to get it

I have it on mine. Do you have an up to date channel list. The frequency of some channels about once a month, so you have to update your channel list as often.
I'll get you a link in a minute and post it here., it's a little difficult on phone.

This one has all the channels listed with the same numbers as sky. If you use this, S4C is 134
