Iptv keeps freezing after 10-30 Seconds

Hi There,
I have recently just bought IPTV through my supplier. But I keep having freezing problems it is happening on every channel. At first I thought it might be my Internet what is causing this but after a quick speed test I currently have 223 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload.

I have contacted my supplier about this but he seems to be sure that it is my internet what seems to be the problem. I currently have V*rgin although I don't have Fibre.

I am currently using the Zgemma i55 box.
 
Can you enter your router settings and see if child safe is on or off? If on turn off. Details how to enter should be on router with user and passwd.

Thanks for the reply Burcharoo,
I have already tried this and does not seem to be making a difference. Is there anything else I can try?
 
Your internet speeds are well fast enough, mine is stable at only 20Mbps download
so I would try a couple of test lines to see if the problem still occures
 
or if you have the iptv player in your image and can stream a 1080 film on it successfully then it wont be any settings, only the source

Hi, had the same issue on my sisters setup, ended up the reason was that the connection to her router was on the 5G band. Switched to 2.4ghz band and happy days from that point. If you're using a dual band router, it maybe worth a try...
 
I get a similar issue where movies will stream with some minor buffering but channels play for about 30 seconds then stop
