Menu Transparancy In Skins

I'm currently using the Halo 1080 skin by markus625 and it looks really good, coupled with grantdavey's LCD picons.

However the Infobar and info menus are a bit too transparent for my liking. Is there a quick way of adjusting this in the Halo XML skin file or is it a matter of trawling through loads of code?

I found the following information from Markus on another site but I'm not sure where to look really. There seems to be a few areas which could be altered but I don't want to bugger anything up.

For example the following code would draw a rectangle of all black ie #000000

Hi the infobar on my halo skin is not transparent, would be great if you could do a screen grab, below is the best way to do a screen grab, ie but use ur ip address etc
