how come there isnt a signal from sky germany on 19 east but there is from tv spain

It depends on which version of the channel you select. Openatv can open sky de channels without steam relay and that should give a signal on those channel, but if you are trying the steam relay versions it wont give you signal. If you are now using a vhannabal channel list push ok then blue button to go into bouquets and select skyde.

If I was using the other box v 4 k would I need a cam

If you are asking about a viark sat 4k then its totally different to e2 boxes. The cams are inbuilt into the software.

No its a firmware closed source you flash to the box.
