On the box should have installed 'Openwebif' You can find this in applications.
There you activate Openwebif. Enable Http authentication and authentication for streaming. If you don't do the last the box will be open and you are vulnerable for bad guys.
Install tiMote and put there the correct parameters. For accessing the box from outside you're network, you have to forward port 8001 in you're router to the internal ip adres of the box.
Finally you have to create a password. That you have to do via the Telnet command line, for accessing the box via a network or interface
