scratching my head v5s box

I've recently installed a new nline on my box prior to doing this I updated the firmware and grabbed the latest channel list.
All of the paid channels are showing as scrambled but in my cam client set up I'm showing online with a green tick next to it.
I've tried entering the nline via USB and also manually I've tried wired and wireless Internet connection I've turned dhcp off and on and still no joy.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi thank you for the reply I've turned the box off and off by the mains no luck would I be worth trying factory reset and starting again?

was your new line working before updating the box

Nlines should be in mgcamd you cant see if there online if using thru ccamm try mgcamd.

My old line ran out so I bought a new one but before putting it on I upgraded the firmware and channels so I don't know if the newline is faulty it says online so I presumed it must be good.

you can put the nline in cccam,it depends on the file configuration

I put the cccam.cfg file in to ccam and there was a list file I put in the mgcamd section

You have both running,run 1 or the other,deactivate the cccam

Nlines run better thru mgcamd less problems most providers tell you that

Guys yous are stars thank you so much that worked had to put it into mgcamd the provider was telling me to put it into ccam.
