skybox f5

I have a skybox f5 and I cant get my lines to come back on line and all I can view is bbc 1&2 itv ect lines are active everytime I press sky one or sports the box switches off and loads again
any ideas would be welcome

Are you sure your line is working? If you purchased of eBay then you may have been ripped off, sorry. Is your box getting a internet connection, try the youtube app to see if that works
