Got a new line for my box worked fine for 4 weeks now it's gone off I've put a new channel list on deleted the line and re added it sill the same only fta all the others scrambled so I'll put the line on my other box and it works any ideas to what it can be please thanx a lot
 
Are the two boxes running in different rooms.
If so then switch them over to see if it works there.
That should eliminate internet connection problem for starters.
Factory reset is a last resort when everything else is proved to be ok.
 
You should not need to do that if you try a network app that will tell you if internet is getting to your box Even try rebooting your router helps
 
Yeah the weather app is working tried the box on the same connection unless one of the kids has changed a setting I'm puzzled
 
Hi all. my V8 box wont play any channels except the freeview ones. Ive tried a c line, n line and a mgcam. My lines all say online but all is still scrambled. Ive rebooted the router and box and installed the latest firmware, updated the channel list. All to no avail. Its driving me crazy having no sport to watch. Any ideas would be appreciated muchly. (Sorry for highjacking your post Chri5H. Im a newbie and cant see where to write my own)
 
I've factory reset loaded firmware channel list and line still the same tried a different line which I know works a the box knackered ?? Cheers
